The Director General of ESIC extends the validity of the Homoeopathic Rate Contract No. Homoeo-3. The extension applies from 23 December 2025 to 22 February 2026. Madam/Sir, I am hereby directed to inform the approval of Director General ESIC for extension of existing DG ESIC Rate Contract No. Homoeo-3 w.e.f 23.12.2025 to 22.02.2026 (earlier extended from 23.02.2025 to 22.04.2025, 23.04.2025 to 22.06.2025, 23.06.2025 to 22.09.2025 & 23.09.2025 to 22.12.2025) or till the finalization of the new Rate Contract, whichever is earlier subject to the following terms & conditions: 1.Willingness of the firm to supply on the same terms and conditions as approved in rate contract No. Homoeo-3. 2.No order should be placed in respect of drugs, which have been found "Not of Standard Quality" on test analysis. 3.Supply order should be placed only to first preference holders. 4.Amendments /orders (if any) already issued time to time in r/o items /firms of Rate Contract no. Homoeo-3 to be taken into consideration while placing the supply orders. This is for your kind information and further necessary action.
