Accordingly, all concerned are hereby requested to ensure strict compliance with the prescribed Fire Safety measures and furnish the latest, duly verified status of Fire NOC/Part Fire NOC in the prescribed Annexure-A, without fail.
Accordingly, all concerned are also requested to verify and furnish the latest status of Fire NOC/Part Fire NOC and other Fire Safety compliance particulars in respect of all ESIC/ESIS establishments under their jurisdiction, duly verified and in the prescribed Annexure-A, for further review and necessary action at Headquarters.
Regional Directors/Heads of Institutions shall, therefore, ensure immediate verification and submission of the latest Fire Safety Compliance status in respect of all ESIC/ESIS Hospitals, Medical Colleges, RO/SRO/BOs, DCBOs, Staff Quarters and other establishments under their jurisdiction.
The Annexure-A shall specifically indicate the current validity of Final/Part Fire NOC, renewal/revalidation status, Fire Mock Drill, AMC/CMC of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Fighting/SR works and pending deficiencies, wherever applicable.

All concerned EE/AEE/AE/JEs shall provide necessary technical assistance and ensure follow-up action on identified deficiencies in accordance with extant Headquarters instructions.
All concerned shall ensure that the updated and duly verified information is furnished to Headquarters within three weeks from the date of issue of this letter, without fail, for preparation of the consolidated Fire Safety Compliance status for review by the Competent Authority.
The matter shall be accorded TOP MOST PRIORITY.
This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
