सं. एन-12011/1/2023-यो.एवं वि.— सामाजिक सुरक्षा (केंद्रीय) नियमावली, 2026 के नियम 21 के साथ पठित सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2020 (2020 का 36) की धारा 32 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (च) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उक्त खंड के प्रयोजनों के लिए देय अंत्येष्टि व्यय की राशि 20,000/- रुपये (बीस हजार रुपये मात्र) होगी। यह अधिसूचना 08 मई, 2026 से प्रभावी होगी।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 7th October, 2026
No. N-12011/1/2023-P&D.— In exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 21 of the Social Security (Central) Rules, 2026 read with clause (f) of sub-section (1) of Section 32 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the amount of funeral expenses payable for the purposes of the said clause shall be Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only). This notification shall come into force with effect from 08th May, 2026.
