Madam/Sir,
I am directed to intimate that it has been observed that number of newly joined UDCs and MTSs may possess technical/professional technical qualifications such as Degree /Diploma in relevant fields along with adequate technical knowledge/ domain experience.
In view of increasing requirement of the Procurement and ICT functions at all levels, it is requested that educational qualifications of the newly joined officials in the cadre of UDC and MTS at your office may be assessed and in case officials possessing relevant technical/professional qualification are available, their services may be utilized and be posted in the said Branches as per administrative requirement.
You are, therefore, requested to take necessary action in the matter and furnish details of such officials indicating their name, designation, place of posting, educational/technical qualification etc. to this office.
