विषयः क रा बी निगम से हज प्रतिनियुक्ति 2027 के लिए चिकित्सा अधिकारियों/कार्मिकों के नामांकन के संबंध मे।
Subject: Nomination of Medical Professionals for Haj Deputation 2027 from ESIC – reg.

Ref: DO letter from DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, dated 03.08.2026.

This office has received a DO letter dated 03.08.2026 (copy attached) from Department of Health and family welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, inviting nominations from doctors, specialists and paramedics, for Haj deputation 2027.

In view of above, the Controlling Authorities i.e., the Deans/Medical Superintendents/ RDs of all PGIMSR/ESIC Hospitals/Regional Offices are requested to bring the instruction issued by DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, to the notice all concerned so that the interested officials may apply for Haj Deputation 2027 as per eligibility criteria and general conditions for Haj Deputation mentioned in Annexure-2. The last date for applicants to register and submit online application is 28.08.2026.

Further, all Controlling Authorities are requested to duly verify the credentials of all the applicants i.e., Local Vigilance Clearance, service records, eligibility criteria and follow the instructions as mentioned in the notification dated 03/08/2026 of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare and forward the list of candidates with all relevant documents to ESIC HQrs at med4-hq@esic.gov.in by 29/08/2026 positively without fail.

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
