पǐरपğ/ CIRCULAR Subject: Nomination of Medical Professionals for Haj Pilgrimage 2025- Deputation from ESIC Hospitals – reg. Ref: DO letter from DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, dated 19.11.2025 This office has received a communication dated 19.11.2025 (copy attached) from Department of Health and family welfare, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, Government of India, inviting nominations from various medical professionals, including pharmacists, for providing healthcare to Indian pilgrims during the Haj pilgrimage in 2025. Medical Superintendents/Deans of all ESIC Hospitals/PGIMSR are requested to nominate a nodal officer (AD/DD/JD) who will send nominations of deputationists to MoH&FW via online mode (via online portal https://hajdeputation.mohfw.gov.in/) and submit nominations of interested and eligible medical professionals, including pharmacists, for Haj Deputation 2025 at your end for your respective field as per applicable guidelines and rules by 05/12/2025 which is last date for applicants to register and submit online application.
