Kind reference is invited to this office letter no. C-11/26/01/2026-Vig dated 06.08.2026 regarding subject matter.
In this regard, it is requested to send the details of pending disciplinary cases as per enclosed format latest by 06.11.2026.
The Regional Directors are required to compile the data from the field offices of their region like ESIC Hospitals/Medical Colleges/Sub Regional Offices etc. and send to this office at vigilance-hq@esic.gov.in. A soft copy in MS Excel format may also be sent.
Thereafter, the above data is required to be sent on monthly basis latest by 5th of each month.
