No. A-33/13/1/2018-E.I Dated: #Approved Date# Office Order No. 231 of 2025 Competent Authority, on the recommendations of the Screening Committee in the meeting held on 3rd September 2025, has approved/ordered financial up-gradation under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme in accordance with Govt. of India, DoP&T OM No.35034/3/2008-Estt.(D) dated 19.05.2019 and subsequent instructions issued by the DoP&T vide OMs no. 35034/3/2015-Estt.(D) dated 27/28.09.216, 22.10.2019, 23.03.2020 and 21.11.2022, to the following officers/officials in the ESI Corporation, on the dates and in the Pay Levels mentioned against their names: Sl. Further, the cases of the officials holding a higher post on purely ad-hoc basis before the date of recommendation of financial up-gradation, if any, may be regulated as per para 25 of Annexure-I of DoP&T OM dated 22.10.2019. On up-gradation under the MACP Scheme, pay of an employee shall be fixed as per para 4 to 7 of Annexure-I DoP&T OM dated 22.10.2019 and the officers/officials shall have to exercise the option of fixation of pay within one month from the date of issue of order, under the provisions of FR 22 (I)(a)(1). Before allowing the financial up-gradation as per the details above, the RD / JD / DD (I/c) may verify the details of each officer/official concerned from their service records.
