Sub.: Signing of MoU with “Central Govt. / State Govt. / Central & State Govt. Undertaking / PSU / Autonomous Institute (like AIIMS/TATA/ILBS etc.)
Sir / Madam,
Kindly refer to the subject cited above. In this connection, it is informed that a detailed Policy on signing of MoU with “Central Govt. / State Govt. / Central & State Govt. Undertaking / PSU / Autonomous Institute (like AIIMS/TATA/ILBS etc.) has been framed to have a formal agreement with such Institutes for providing cashless treatment to ESIC beneficiaries.
ESIC already has policy for empanelment of private hospitals, further Referral Policy also covers Government hospitals/private hospital also. Now, the Competent Authority has directed to go ahead with signing of MoU with “Central Govt. / State Govt. / Central & State Govt. Undertaking / PSU / Autonomous Institute (like AIIMS/TATA/ILBS etc.)".
A copy of the approved Policy and MoU is attached for necessary compliance.
