The Employees' State Insurance Corporation promotes five Assistant Engineers (Electrical) to the post of Executive Engineer (Electrical) in Level 11 of the pay matrix. Competent Authority on the recommendations of DPC Meeting held on 29.09.2026, for the vacancy year 2026, has approved the promotion of following officers from the cadre of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) to the post of Executive Engineer (Electrical) in Level 11 of the Pay matrix, on regular basis:
सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने दिनांक 29.09.2026 को आयोजित विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति की बैठक की अनुशंसाओं के आधार पर, रिक्ति वर्ष 2026 के लिए निम्नलिखित सहायक अभियंताओं (विद्युत) को वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर-11 में अधिशासी अभियंता (विद्युत) के पद पर नियमित आधार पर पदोन्नत किए जाने को अनुमोदन प्रदान किया है:

उक्त अधिकारियों को, कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा निगम (कर्मचारी एवं सेवा की शर्तें) विनियम, 2023 के विनियम 5 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार, उनकी नियमित पदोन्नति की तिथि से दो वर्ष की अवधि के लिए परिवीक्षा पर रखा जाएगा।
The aforesaid officers will be on probation for a period of two years from the date of their regular promotion in terms of Regulation 5 of the ESIC (Staff and Conditions of Service) Regulations, 2023.
उपर्युक्त अधिकारियों की नियमित पदोन्नति पदोन्नत पद का कार्यभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख से प्रभावी होगी। नियमित पदोन्नति पर वेतन का निर्धारण, मौलिक नियम (FR) 22(I)(a)(1) के प्रावधानों के अनुसार, वेतन मैट्रिक्स के स्तर-11 (ग्रेड पे ₹6,600/-) में किया जाएगा। अधिकारियों द्वारा वेतन निर्धारण के संबंध में अपना विकल्प पदोन्नति की तारीख से एक माह के भीतर प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा।
Regular promotion of aforesaid officers shall take effect from the date of assumption of charge to the promoted post. The pay on regular promotion will be fixed in Level 11 (Grade pay Rs.6600/-) of the pay matrix as per the provisions of FR 22 (I)(a)(1) and the officers shall exercise their options for pay fixation within one month from the date of promotion.
उक्त अधिकारियों की पदोन्नति एवं पदस्थापना लोकहित में की गई है। तदनुसार, वे नियमानुसार, जहाँ भी अनुमन्य हो, यात्रा भत्ता/दैनिक भत्ता (TA/DA), कार्यभार ग्रहण करने का समय (Joining Time) आदि के पात्र होंगे।
The promotion and postings of the aforesaid officers are ordered in the public interest and they shall be entitled to TA/DA, joining time, etc., wherever admissible under the rules.
पदोन्नति के संबंध में स्वीकृति अथवा अस्वीकृति से संबंधित घोषणा इस आदेश के जारी होने की तिथि से 10 दिनों के भीतर dpc-e1hq@esic.gov.in तथा estt1-hq@esic.gov.in पर प्रेषित की जाए। इस संबंध में किसी भी अभ्यावेदन पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। निर्धारित 10 दिनों की अवधि के भीतर पदोन्नति की स्वीकृति अथवा अस्वीकृति के संबंध में सूचना प्राप्त न होने की स्थिति में यह माना जाएगा कि संबंधित अधिकारी ने पदोन्नति के प्रस्ताव को अस्वीकार कर दिया है तथा पदोन्नति आदेश बिना किसी अतिरिक्त सूचना के निरस्त माना जाएगा।
The declaration regarding acceptance or refusal of promotion must be submitted to dpc-e1hq@esic.gov.in and estt1-hq@esic.gov.in within 10 days from the issuance of this Order. No representation in this regard shall be considered. In the event of failure to communicate acceptance or refusal of the promotion within the stipulated period of 10 days, it shall be presumed that the officer has declined the offer of promotion, and the promotion order shall stand cancelled without any further notice.
विभागीय पदोन्नति समिति की सिफारिशें निम्नलिखित न्यायालयीन मामलों के अंतिम निर्णय के अधीन होंगी:-

कार्यभार ग्रहण करने संबंधी रिपोर्ट सभी संबंधितों को भेजी जाए तथा उसकी एक प्रति dpc-e1hq@esic.gov.in एवं estt1-hq@esic.gov.in पर भी प्रेषित की जाए।
