Competent Authority has ordered that Shri Achintya Mandal (Employee ID-123223), Joint Director, Regional Office, West Bengal shall hold the charge of Regional Director, West Bengal with immediate effect till the posting of a regular incumbent.
He shall exercise all the administrative and financial powers in respect of Regional Offices along with the statutory powers under section 45AA of the ESI Act, 1948. He shall also exercise the powers of Appointing and Disciplinary authority in respect of Regional Office, West Bengal.
He shall not be entitled for any extra remuneration for the additional assignments.
Charge report may be sent to all concerned in due course with a copy to dpc-e1hq@esic.gov.in and estt1-hq@esic.gov.in
