MEMORANDUM

Subject - Revised All India Draft Seniority List of Junior Engineer (Civil) as on 31.03.2014 -reg.

The seniority list of Junior Engineer (Civil) for the year 2012-13 and 2013-14 was finalized vide Memorandum No. A-24/13/1/JEC/2012-Estt-II dated 01.07.2014. However, the Hon’ble CAT, Jaipur, in its order dated 27.05.2025 in MA No. 85/2025 in OA No. 290/2019 (Narendra Kumar Sharma & Others vs. ESIC), has directed the respondent to reconsider the applicants’ case, address all issues raised, and issue a detailed, reasoned order.

2. The Competent Authority, after thoroughly examining the case, has accorded approval for accepting the order dated 27.05.2025 of the Hon’ble CAT, Jaipur, passed in MA No. 85/2025 in OA No. 290/2019 and ordered to redraw the seniority list.

3. Accordingly, the revised/amended draft/provisional seniority list of Junior Engineer (Civil) as on 31.03.2014 is attached herewith for circulation among the concerned officials.

4. The objections/representations, if any, against this provisional/draft seniority list may please be forwarded to Hqrs. Office (by name to the undersigned) within 15 days from the date of issue of this memorandum, through e-mail at dpc-e1hq@esic.gov.in. Representations received after the stipulated period will not be considered under any circumstances, and the seniority list will be treated as final.
