In partial corrigendum to Hqrs. Office Order No. 46 of 2026 issued vide No. A-33/19/5/2024-Estt-II dated 06.07.2026, the Competent Authority has approved the Change from the jurisdiction from one regional CCA (Cadre Controlling Authority) to another CCA of the following officials in the cadre of UDC as per SoP/Policy dated 28/7/2025 , with immediate effect:-

The term and conditions of the above said change of region order is as under:-

  1. The change of region of above said officials has been made at their own request in accordance with terms and conditions of the SOP/Policy issued vide Hqrs. Office letter No. A-33/19/5/2024-Estt-II dated 28.07.2025.
  2. The change of region of above officials of group 'C' employees (Non- Medical) administrative side post are ordered subject to acceptance/undertaking of the conditions laid down in the said SoP/Policy as per Performa attached in the said SoP/Policy. The acceptance in this regard must be obtained and placed in the service book before relieving the concerned official(s). An intimation regarding acceptance of Change of region with all the relevant conditions may be communicated by the concerned official to the concerned Appointing Authority (at the present Region/Office). The copy of the same may be forwarded to Headquarters office latest by 24/8/2026 (AN) and the same will not be permitted to be withdrawn in any circumstances after the acceptance.
  3. The Regional Director may ensure that none of the above officials has been promoted to the post of Assistant on regular basis since the date of his/her application/request for Change of region and in case any official has since been promoted to the post of Assistant on regular basis, the change of region order in respect of the said officials may be treated as cancelled ab-initio.
  4. All the above change of region orders have been issued on their own request and hence the officials shall not be eligible for TA/DA/Transfer Grant or joining time as per said SoP/GOI instructions applicable for employees shifted at their own request.
  5. All the persons who have accepted the change of region at their own request on the terms and conditions contained in the above said SoP/Policy of the Corporation should be relieved from their current places of posting so as to join the Region to which they have been shifted at the earliest. All the receiving Regions should issue the posting order in respect of the shifted officials on or before 31/8/2026(AN) so that the procedures for relieving the officials by the parent region can be completed to adhere to the schedule above.
  6. A Report regarding relieving/joining of above officials may be sent to this office by the parent region and receiving region respectively by 05/9/2026(AN).

This issues with the approval of Competent Authority.
