ESI Corporation in its 197 th meeting held on 11.12.2025 have approved ‘On Account’ Revised Estimate FY 2025-26 and Budget Estimate 2026-27. State/UT wise funds allocation are at Annexure A & B. This is subject to approval of Central Government. Further, there is provisions for additional fund, over & above the budgetary allocation, within States/UTs overall entitlement. State ESI Scheme/Society may submit a proposal with justification and details of expenditure & utilisation certificate for the purpose of revised budgetary provisions FY 2026- 27 by 31st August, 2026 through & with the recommendations Regional Offices concerned only. Apart from the above, State ESI Schemes/Societies are also entitled to the following, for which a separate sanction will be issued by Headquarters in respect of the claimant only: ₹200/- per insured person per annum as incentive, where bed occupancy in all State ESI Hospitals is more than 70% during the concluded financial year. ₹20/- per insured person per annum for expenditure under preventive & promotive health services.
