All Dean ESIC Medical Colleges Subject: - Allocation of budget under ARM/SR for Revised Estimates 2025-26 and Budget Estimates 2026-27-reg. Sir/Madam, I am directed to inform that the Standing Committee has approved the allocation of a sum of Rs. 48685 lakhs and Rs. 9041 lakhs under the Sub – Head “Hospital/Dispensary” and “Office Building” respectively for the purpose of ARM and a sum of Rs. 39107 lakhs and Rs. 10572 lakhs under the Sub – Head “Hospital/Dispensary” and “Office Building” respectively for the purpose of SR during the year 2025-26 as revised budget. Likewise, a sum of Rs. 58239 lakhs and Rs. 10107 lakhs has been allocated under the Sub-head “Hospital / Dispensary” and Office Building” respectively for the purpose of ARM and a sum of Rs. 44297 lakhs and Rs. 11285 lakhs under the Sub – Head “Hospital/Dispensary” and “Office Building” respectively for the purpose of SR during the year 2026-27 as budget estimates. The Regional Office / Medical College & Hospital wise distribution of this amount has been shown in the enclosed statement (Appendix- ‘G’ & ‘H’). You are requested to accord sanction and release the funds under your delegated powers, in accordance with the detailed guidelines issued from time to time. The request/indent for transfer of the sanctioned funds may be sent directly to Finance & Accounts–II at Headquarters Office, with a copy endorsed to the Property Management Division. It may please be ensured that the funds are remitted to the maintenance agencies at the earliest Further, if there is any additional fund requirement under ARM/SR for the financial year 2025–26, the same, along with complete details and justification, may be forwarded to PMD, Headquarters. As regards additional fund requirements for the financial year 2026–27, these may be submitted along with the Revised F-28/11/1/Budget/2024-PMD-Part(3) I/3420368/2025 Budget Estimates for 2026–27 by 31st August 2026. No requests for ARM/SR beyond the stipulated date shall be entertained, and the present allocation shall be treated as final. The allocation is subject to approval of the Revised Estimates for 2025–26 and the Budget Estimates for 2026–27 of the ESI Corporation by the Central Government. In case of any urgent additional requirement of ARM/SR funds for 2025–26, the same may be intimated to the Headquarters Office with complete details and justification for consideration and allotment.
