The Employees' State Insurance Corporation requires all Drawing and Disbursing Officers of ESIC and ESIS institutions to report consolidated data on pending payments for approved pharmaceutical firms. The officers must submit the report for bills with pendency exceeding forty-two days. The reporting format requires the institution name, total number of firms with delayed bills, total number of delayed bills, total pending amount, individual firm names, specific pending bills and amounts per firm, and reasons for delay. The officers must upload an Excel sheet and a signed PDF format. The officers must also submit the data through a Google form and send it via email to dmc-rc@esic.gov.in and rc-hqrs@esic.gov.in.

Reference captioned subject and instructions issued by ESIC HQRS with each DG-ESIC (copies enclosed) Central Rate Contract for supply of Drugs. In this connection, All DDOs of ESIC & ESIS Institutions are requested to report the consolidated instances of Pending Payment of respective approved Pharmaceutical Firm during last Month i.e. ________ 2025 in the following format:
