___________________________________________________________________________________ File No.: Z-11/12/1/Misc.Matter/2024-MSU-Part(5) Date: 19.08.2025 कायालय ापन Office Memorandum िवषय: कं यूटर, टर, अय संबंधत हाडवेयर और आईटी से संबंधत रखरखाव/जनशि$ सेवाओं क& खरीद। Sub: Procurement of computers, printers, other related hardware and IT related maintenance/ manpower services.   कं यूटर/टर, अय संबंधत हाडवेयर और आईटी से संबंधत रखरखाव/जनशि$ सेवाओं क& खरीद आईसीटी डवीजन (जो पहले )स*टम डवीजन , मु-यालय के .प म/ भी जाना जाता था), 2ारा वष 2018 से पहले क& जा रही थी। 2018 से यह सामाय शाखा, मु-यालय 2ारा िकया जा रहा है।   अब, स4म ाधकारी ने मु-यालय क& आव5यकताओं के 6लए आईसीटी डवीजन मु-यालय 2ारा लैपटॉप और कं यूटर/टर/सॉ9टवेयर/आईटी से संबंधत जनशि$/आईटी से संबंधत सेवाओं क& आगे क& खरीद को मंजूरी दी है। बीमा आयु$ (सामाय शाखा) से सभी संबंधत फाइल=, हाडवेयर, मौजूदा संिवदा?मक जनशि$ आिद को *थानांत@रत करने का अनुरोध िकया जाता है। बीमा आयु$ (आईसीटी डवीजन) को। फ&Aड कायालय= के 6लए, मौजूदा णाली बीमा आयु$ (आईसीटी) /सीटीओ, मु-यालय के मागदशन म/ जारी रह सकती है।   The procurement of computers/printers, other related hardware and IT related maintenance/ manpower services was being done by the ICT Division (which was earlier also known as System Division), Hqrs before year 2018. Since 2018, this is being done by General Branch, Hqrs. Office, till date.   Now, the competent authority has approved that, henceforth the procurement of Laptops and Computers/ Printers/ software/ IT related manpower/ IT related services will be undertaken by ICT Division Hqrs for requirements of Hqrs. The Insurance Commissioner (General Branch) is requested to transfer all related files, hardware, existing contractual manpower etc. to the Insurance Commissioner (ICT Division). For the field offices, the existing system can continue under the guidance of IC (ICT) /CTO, Hqrs.
