The ICT Division Headquarters now handles the procurement of computers, printers, software, and related IT manpower or services for Headquarters requirements. The competent authority approves this shift from the General Branch. The Insurance Commissioner for the General Branch transfers all related files, hardware, and existing contractual manpower to the Insurance Commissioner for the ICT Division. For field offices, the existing system continues under the guidance of the Insurance Commissioner for ICT and Chief Technology Officer at Headquarters.

कंप्यूटर/प्रिंटर, अन्य संबंधित हार्डवेयर और आईटी से संबंधित रखरखाव/जनशक्ति सेवाओं की खरीद आईसीटी डिवीज़न (जो पहले सिस्टम डिवीज़न, मुख्यालय के रूप में भी जाना जाता था), द्वारा वर्ष 2018 से पहले की जा रही थी। 2018 से यह सामान्य शाखा, मुख्यालय द्वारा किया जा रहा है।
अब, सक्षम प्राधिकारी ने मुख्यालय की आवश्यकताओं के लिए आईसीटी डिवीज़न मुख्यालय द्वारा लैपटॉप और कंप्यूटर/प्रिंटर/सॉफ्टवेयर/आईटी से संबंधित जनशक्ति/आईटी से संबंधित सेवाओं की आगे की खरीद को मंजूरी दी है। बीमा आयुक्त (सामान्य शाखा) से सभी संबंधित फाइलों, हार्डवेयर, मौजूदा संविदात्मक जनशक्ति आदि को स्थानांतरित करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है। बीमा आयुक्त (आईसीटी डिवीज़न) को। फील्ड कार्यालयों के लिए, मौजूदा प्रणाली बीमा आयुक्त (आईसीटी) /सीटीओ, मुख्यालय के मार्गदर्शन में जारी रह सकती है।
The procurement of computers/printers, other related hardware and IT related maintenance/ manpower services was being done by the ICT Division (which was earlier also known as System Division), Hqrs before year 2018. Since 2018, this is being done by General Branch, Hqrs. Office, till date.
Now, the competent authority has approved that, henceforth the procurement of Laptops and Computers/ Printers/ software/ IT related manpower/ IT related services will be undertaken by ICT Division Hqrs for requirements of Hqrs. The Insurance Commissioner (General Branch) is requested to transfer all related files, hardware, existing contractual manpower etc. to the Insurance Commissioner (ICT Division). For the field offices, the existing system can continue under the guidance of IC (ICT) /CTO, Hqrs. Office.
