The Employees State Insurance Corporation issues a revised manpower sanction for ESIC Medical College and Hospital in Jaipur for three hundred commissioned beds and thirty ICU beds. This revision follows the ESIC HR Norm 2023 and National Medical Commission requirements in supersession of all earlier sanctions. The Dean and Medical Superintendent must hire contractual and outsourced staff through the Government e-Marketplace based on actual requirements and local finance concurrence without exceeding the upper ceiling. Local finance must certify any variations in the proposal.
