Directors(Incharge) Subject: Publicity and Awareness Campaign for SPREE 2025, Amnesty Scheme 2025, and Social Security Benefits under the ESI Scheme – reg. Madam/Sir, It is informed that in addition to instructions issued earlier for wide publicity and effective awareness generation regarding SPREE 2025 and Amnesty Scheme, all the field units are hereby directed to undertake the following activities in their respective regions: 1. Seminars/camps, etc should be organized in each and every district of the regions concerned, with particular emphasis on districts where the ESI Scheme has been recently implemented. 2. Educate stakeholders on the schemes by screening the educational videos developed and hosted on the official YouTube channel of ESIC Headquarters (@esichq). 3. Translate pamphlets, flyers, posters and other creatives related to SPREE 2025 and Amnesty Scheme 2025 into vernacular languages and distribute them among ESI stakeholders. 4. Along with the publicity of SPREE 2025 and Amnesty Scheme 2025, efforts must also be made to create awareness regarding the social security benefits under the ESI Scheme. For this purpose, educational materials available on the Publication tab of the ESIC Website and awareness videos hosted on the official YouTube Channel @esichq may be effectively utilized during the outreach programs. 5. Use their social media handles to publicize the scheme. All field offices are requested to ensure compliance with the above instructions in an effective manner so that maximum outreach and stakeholder participation is achieved.
