In continuation to this Office Order No. 9 of 2019 dated 30-01-2019 on the subject cited above and in compliance of order dated 17/08/2026 passed by the Hon’ble High Court in WP (C) No. 11830/2026 (filed by Sh. Sudhanshu Shekhar & Ors. Vs. ESIC), the result of the 05 applicants in WP (C) No. 11830/2026 is as under:-

The selection of above 01 candidate is provisional and promotion to the post of Social Security Officer will be subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria, vigilance clearance, etc. as required under the rules and further subject to the condition that he is not otherwise disqualified for promotion. Subject to this condition, necessary order of promotion of the above official to the post of Social Security Officer may be issued by the Appointing Authority under intimation to Recruitment Division.
While every care has been taken in preparing the above result, the competent authority reserves the right to rectify errors/omissions, if any, at later stage.
