This memorandum supersedes all previous instructions regarding this structure.

Subject: Revision of Reporting and Reviewing Structure in respect of Engineering Cadre - reg.
In order to establish a uniform and functionally appropriate Reporting and Reviewing structure across the Engineering Cadre in ESIC and to ensure proper monitoring, supervision and administrative control over the functioning of Engineering Officers posted at HQ/Zonal Offices/Regional Offices/ESIC Hospitals/Medical Colleges, the Director General has approved the following Reporting and Reviewing structure in respect of Engineering Cadre Officers from the year 2026-27 onwards.
