The Employees State Insurance Corporation requires regional offices and hospitals to report the status of unipole installations. Many offices and hospitals fail to erect unipoles for scheme publicity despite earlier directions. The concerned authorities must submit the current status within one week. The report must state if the unipole stands erected, the reason for any delay, and a tentative erection date.

Madam/Sir,
Please refer letter of even no. dated 01.06.2023 on the above mentioned subject (copy enclosed), whereby, it was directed to get Unipoles erected/established at suitable place in the ESIC owned premises of R.Os/S.R.Os/Hospitals/MCHs for awareness & publicity about various benefits available under ESI Scheme. In connection, it has also been observed that, despite the issuance of reminders, many offices and hospitals have not taken any action in this regard.
It is, therefore requested to kindly provide current status of establishing the Unipole within one week in following format for submission before Director General.
