The Employees' State Insurance Corporation requires regional and medical offices to submit review details for Group 'A' and Group 'B' non-medical officers due for review in the January 2026 to March 2026 quarter under FR 56(j)/(l) and Rule 42 of the CCS (Pension) Rules, 2021. Regional directors and heads must send the verified information in the prescribed proforma by email to the headquarters office. The submission deadline is 10 October 2025. Offices must also furnish the vigilance clearance proforma for the listed officials.

Madam/Sir,
Kindly refer to the subject mentioned above and it is requested to furnish the information/details/particulars in prescribed proforma (enclosed) for review of the cases under the provisions of FR 56(j)/(l) and Rule 42 of CCS (Pension) Rules, 2021 (Erstwhile Rule 48(1)(b) of CCS (Pension) Rules, 1972) in respect of Social Security Officers and above [Group 'A' and Group 'B' Officers (Non-Medical) including JTO, STO, Engineers for which review is to be done at Hqrs. level who are due for review for the quarter January, 2026 to March, 2026.
It is requested to furnish the information / details/particulars in the given Proforma duly verified by the DD(F)/AD(F) at email id estt1-hq@esic.nic.in, latest by 10.10.2025.
Further, LVC in respect of the officials/officers whose name is included in the above proforma, may also be furnished in the LVC-Proforma.
This issues with the approval of Insurance Commissioner (P&A).
