The Employees State Insurance Corporation updates the process for drug sample testing during hospital inspections. Visiting senior officers stop bringing drug samples to headquarters for testing. The visiting officers identify the name, manufacture date, expiry date, and batch number of the samples. The visiting officers share these details with the Rate Contract cell. The respective inspecting unit tests the identified samples at the local level. The inspecting unit shares the test results with the Rate Contract cell and the concerned officer for follow-up.
