गुणवा आासन भाग)/Quality Assurance Division एफडीए भवन, कोटला रोड, नई िदी – 110002 FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi – 110002 _____________________________________________________________ िदनांक: 12 फ़रवरी, 2026 आदेश/ORDER िवषय: खा! परी#ण योगशालाओं %ारा एफएसएसएआई के अ'धसू'चत दा'य,व- का अनुपालन Subject: Compliance to provisions of Food Safety and Standards (Recognition and Notification of the laboratories) Regulations 2018 by FSSAI recognized Laboratories-reg. खा! सुर#ा एवं मानक (योगशालाओं क/ मा0यता एवं अ'धसूचना) िविनयम 2018 के अनुसार, खा! सुर#ा एवं मानक अ'धिनयम, 2006 क/ धारा 43(1) और 43(2) के अंतग2त सभी एफएसएसएआई (FSSAI) %ारा अ'धसू'चत योगशालाओं के 3लए िविनयम 9 (खा! योगशाला क/ बा5यता) म6 उे3खत दा'य,व- का पालन करना अिनवाय2 है| 2. यह देखा गया है िक कई अ'धसू'चत खा! परी#ण योगशालाएं उपरो: िविनयम का पालन नह; कर रही ह<। उपरो: के म=ेनजर, एफएसएसएआई %ारा अ'धसू'चत सभी योगशालाओं को िनद?श िदया जाता है िक:- क) उनके %ारा िव@ेिषत सभी खा! नमून- क/ परी#ण Aरपोट2 िबना िकसी िवलंब के इनफोलनेट (InFoLNet) पोट2ल पर अपलोड कर6 और अपने इनफोलनेट (InFoLNet) ोफाइल को वाCतिवक समय के आधार पर अ!तन और सटीक रख6, Dजसम6 मा0यता वैधता िववरण, संपक2 िववरण, पीटी/आईएलसी िववरण, खा! िव@ेषक सिहत जनशि: िववरण और िव@ेषणा,मक #मता आिद शािमल ह-। ख) खा! सुर#ा एवं मानक िनयम- और िविनयम- के तहत िनEदF मा0य और िनधा2Aरत परी#ण िव'धय- का सGती से पालन कर6 और एनएबीएल (NABL) %ारा द मा0यता के दायरे म6 ही रह6। ग) खा! सुर#ा एवं मानक िनयम- और िविनयम- के तहत िनधा2Aरत परी#ण Aरपोट2 ाHप का िबना िकसी िवचलन के पालन कर6। 3. उपरो: आवIयकताओं का िनरंतर अनुपालन न करने क/ JCथ'त म6, एफएसएस अ'धिनयम, उसके अंतग2त बनाए गए िनयम- और िविनयम- के ावधान- के अनुसार उ'चत कार2वाई क/ जा सकती है। As per Food Safety and Standards (Recognition and Notification of the laboratories) Regulations 2018, it is mandatory for all FSSAI notified laboratories notified under section 43(1) and 43(2) of FSS Act, 2006 to comply with the obligations as mentioned in Regulation 9 i.e Obligation of food laboratories. 2. It has been observed that several notified food testing laboratories are not complying with the aforesaid regulation. In view of the above, all FSSAI notified laboratories are hereby directed to: a) Upload test reports of all food samples analysed by them on the InFoLNet portal QA-12015/1/2021-RARD-FSSAI-Part(2) I/35118/2026 without delay and shall maintain their InFoLNet profiles updated and accurate on a real-time basis, including accreditation validity details, contact details, PT/ILC details, manpower details including Food Analyst(s), and analytical capacity etc. b) Strictly adhere to validated and prescribed test methods as specified under the Food Safety and Standards Rules and Regulations and strictly within the scope of accreditation granted by NABL. c) Comply with the prescribed test report format as stipulated under the Food Safety and Standards Rules and Regulations without any deviation. 3.
