In reference to this office letter No. RCD-02001/216/2025-Regulatory-FSSAI dated 17th September, 2025 regarding the enforcement drive on spices (whole & powder) scheduled to be conducted during October 2025, it is informed that the aforesaid communication is hereby kept in abeyance until further orders.

2. Accordingly, you are requested not to initiate any action in pursuance of the said letter till further instructions are issued from this office.

3. This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
