सूचना/ Notice

Subject: Notice inviting draft specifications from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ suppliers of High End Equipment (HEEs) – LC-HRMS, LC-IRMS & EA-IRMS– reg.

FSSAI is in process of finalizing the technical specifications of High End Equipment (HEEs) – LC-HRMS, LC-IRMS & EA-IRMS

2. In this regard, FSSAI is inviting draft technical specifications from Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ suppliers of LC-HRMS, LC-IRMS & EA-IRMS.

3. Accordingly, the equipment-wise draft technical specifications need to be submitted in editable soft copy, through email on following email IDs, positively by 1^st December, 2025:

4. Further, FSSAI may also hold a presentation on the technical specification of the equipment under consideration on December 03^rd, 2025 (Wednesday) in Physical Mode at FSSAI HQ, FDA Bhawan, Kotla Road, New Delhi - 110002

5. Accordingly, the Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs)/ suppliers of High End Equipment (HEEs) – LC-HRMS, LC-IRMS & EA-IRMS are requested to kindly register themselves on the following link: https://forms.gle/TVzXuqZy6XNFHcjv7

6. Kindly note that only registered Firm/ OEM/ Supplier will be allowed to give presentation. Further, only 2 participants will be allowed from each Firm/ OEM/ Supplier.

7. It is pertinent to state that in case both the OEM and the supplier (of the same OEM) for a particular equipment submit their respective draft technical specifications, only the submission of OEM will be taken into consideration.

8. Further, this is to inform that mere submission of draft technical specifications does not guarantee its finalization and FSSAI is not bound to accept all the comments submitted.
