विषयः एफएसएसएआई द्वारा अधिसूचित चार प्रयोगशालाओं के निलंबन के संबंध में।
Subject: Suspension of four FSSAI notified Laboratories- reg.
The following laboratories are hereby suspended with immediate effect from carrying out analysis of samples under the Food Safety and Standards Act. 2006 and Rules and Regulations made thereunder as per regulation 10(2) read with clause (iii) of regulation 10(1) of the Food Safety and Standards (Recognition and Notification of Laboratories) Regulations, 2018 for a period of six months:

Further aggrieved by this order, the laboratory may appeal within period of 30 days from the date of issuance of this order, as per the provisions under regulation 11(1) of the Food Safety and Standards (Recognition and Notification of Laboratories) Regulations, 2018.

This issues with the approval of the Competent Authority.
