Check the official recordThe Central Government has appointed Dr. Anju Rathi Rana, Law Secretary, as an ex-officio member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. This appointment is made under the provisions of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Dr. Rana will represent the Ministry of Law & Justice on the Board.

फा. सं. 30/03/2016-इंसोल्वेंसी.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 189 की उप-धारा (1) के खंड (ग) के प्रावधानों के अनुसार, डा. अंजु राठी राणा, विधि सचिव को उक्त बोर्ड में विधि एवं न्याय मंत्रालय का प्रतिनिधित्व करने के लिए भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड में पदेन सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

F. No. 30/03/2016-Insolvency.— In accordance with the provisions of clause (c) of sub-section (1) of section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. Anju Rathi Rana, Law Secretary as the ex-officio member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India to represent the Ministry of Law & Justice in the said Board.
