सं. 30-36/2022- दिवाला.—केन्द्रीय सरकार, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 189 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, एतद्द्वारा श्री एल.वी.प्रभाकर, पूर्व प्रबंध निदेशक एवं मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी, केनरा बैंक को 27 जनवरी, 2025 से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या जब तक उनकी आयु पैंसठ वर्ष की नहीं हो जाती या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड में अंशकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त करती है।

New Delhi, the 31st January, 2025
No. 30-36/2022-Insolvency.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri L.V. Prabhakar, former Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, Canara Bank as Part-time member in the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India with effect from 27th January, 2025 for a period of five years or till he attains age of sixty-five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
