Appointment of Ms. Reetu Jain as Ex-officio member of IBBI

ORDER

In accordance with the provisions under clause (b) of sub-section (1) of Section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, the Central Government, hereby, appoints Ms. Reetu Jain, Economic Adviser, Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, nominee of Ministry of Finance [nomination under clause (b) of Sub-section (1) of Section 189 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016] as the ex-officio member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in place of Dr. Shashank Saksena who has superannuated on 30th June, 2022.

2. This appointment will be in effect until further orders.
