The Central Government has appointed Shri Sandip Garg as a Whole-time Member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI). का.आ. 5114(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार ने दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 189 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री संदीप गर्ग को पदभार ग्रहण करने की तारीख अर्थात् 27 अक्टूबर, 2023 के पूर्वाह्न से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या पैंसठ वर्ष की आयु तक या अगले आदेशों तक, इनमें से जो भी पहले हो, भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में नियुक्त किया है।

New Delhi, the 30th November, 2023
S.O. 5114(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government has appointed Shri Sandip Garg, as a Whole-time member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for a period of five years from the date of assumption of charge of the post i.e. with effect from the forenoon of 27th October, 2023 or upto the age of sixty five years or until further orders, whichever is the earliest.
