का.आ. 4479(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 189 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, श्री सुधाकर शुक्ला को 14 नवंबर, 2019 अर्थात् कार्यभार ग्रहण की तारीख से पांच वर्ष की अवधि के लिए या उनकी आयु पैंसठ वर्ष होने तक या अगले आदेशों तक, जो भी पहले हो, के लिए भारतीय दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता बोर्ड के पूर्णकालिक सदस्य के रूप में 4,00,000/-रुपए (चार लाख रुपए) प्रतिमाह के समेकित वेतन पर नियुक्त करती है।

S.O. 4479(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sudhaker Shukla, as Whole Time Member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India with effect from 14th November, 2019, i.e. date of assumption of the charge for the period of five years or upto his attainment of sixty-five years of age or until further orders, whichever is the earlier, on a consolidated salary of Rs. 4,00,000/- (rupees four lakhs ) per month.
