का.आ. 3591(अ).—केंद्रीय सरकार, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) (जिसे इसमें इसके पश्चात् संहिता कहा गया है) की धारा 5 के खंड (1) के साथ पठित कंपनी अधिनियम, 2013 (2013 का 18) की धारा 419 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, संहिता के भाग-2 द्वारा या उसके अधीन प्रदत्त न्यायिनर्णायक प्राधिकरण की अधिकारिता, शक्तियों और प्राधिकार का प्रयोग करने के लिए 01 जून, 2016 की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ.1935(अ) द्वारा गठित राष्ट्रीय कंपनी विधि अधिकरण के न्यायपीठों को अभिहित करती है।

S.O. 3591(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 419 of the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013), read with clause (1) of section 5 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016) (hereinafter referred to as the Code), the Central Government hereby designates Benches of the National Company Law Tribunal constituted vide notification number S.O. 1935 (E) dated the $1^{\text{st}}$ day of June, 2016 to exercise the Jurisdiction, powers and authority of the Adjudicating Authority conferred by or under Part II of the Code.
