का.आ. 3453(अ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार, दिवाला और शोधन अक्षमता संहिता, 2016 (2016 का 31) की धारा 1 की उपधारा (3) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए 15 नवंबर, 2016 को उक्त संहिता की निम्नलिखित धाराओं के उपबंधों को प्रवृत्त करने की तारीख नियत करती है:

MINISTRY OF CORPORATE AFFAIRS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the $15^{\text{th}}$ November, 2016
S.O. 3453(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31 of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints the $15^{\text{th}}$ November, 2016 as the date on which the provisions of the following sections of the said Code shall come into force:—
