It has been observed that the data of some of the insurance brokers, submitted through BAP module, are not tallying with the statutory returns, viz. Balance sheet, profit and loss account, cash flow statement etc., submitted to the Authority. ln view of this, the Authority advises you to revisit and recheck the returns submitted through BAP module. In -case of any discrepancy, you can write an e-mail at BROKERS@lRDA.GOV .. IN for making correction with complete details of the same along with reasons. Kindly ensure compliance of the Authority's advice over the next 30 days. Further, the Authority advises all the insurance brokers to file necessary returns in BAP immediately.
