विषयः व्यवसाय वैश्लेषिकी परियोजना (बीएपी) के माध्यम से कार्यालय फाइलिंग आवेदनों का प्रस्तुतीकरण – गैर-जीवन माड्यूल Sub: Submission of Office Filing applications through Business Analytics Project (BAP) - Non-Life Module

आईआरडीए गैर-जीवन बीमा कंपनियों के लिए बीएपी गैर-जीवन माड्यूल के माध्यम से कार्यालय फाइलिंग आवेदनों की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर रहा है। गैर-जीवन बीमा कंपनियों से प्रयोक्ता स्वीकृति परीक्षण (यूएटी) के दौरान प्राप्त प्रतिसूचना (फीडबैक) कार्यालय फाइलिंग माड्यूल में शामिल की गई है।

IRDA is initiating the process of submission of Office Filing applications through BAP Non-Life module for Non-Life Insurance Companies. The feedback received during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from Non-Life Insurance companies have been incorporated in Office Filing module.

गैर-जीवन बीमाकर्ताओं से अपेक्षित है कि वे वेबसाइट http://www.irdabap.org.in में प्रवेश करें, प्रशासक प्रयोक्ता आईडी और पासवर्ड अलग-अलग ई-मेलों में प्रधान अधिकारियों / अनुपालन अधिकारियों को उपलब्ध कराये गये थे। अन्य प्रयोक्ताओं के प्रोफाइल (उप-आईडी) प्रशासक के द्वारा निर्मित करने होंगे।

Non-Life Insurers are required to access the website http://www.irdabap.org.in, the Administrator User-Id and Password were made available to the Principal Officers / Compliance officers in separate emails. The profiles of the other Users (sub-id) have to be created by the Administrator.

गैर-जीवन बीमाकर्ता कार्यालय फाइलिंग के लिए सभी आवेदन आनलाइन फाइल कर सकते हैं। बीमाकर्ताओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे 01.05.2015 से सभी कार्यालय फाइलिंग आवेदन कार्यालय फाइलिंग माड्यूल के माध्यम से बीएपी में आनलाइन फाइल करें।

Non-Life Insurers can file all applications for Office Filing online. Insurers are advised to file all Office Filing applications from 01.05.2015 online in BAP through Office Filing module.

जब कोई बीमाकर्ता नया कार्यालय खोलता है, तब उनके लिए एक आवेदन फार्म भरने और समर्थक दस्तावेजों के साथ आईआरडीए को प्रस्तुत करने की आवश्यकता होगी।

When any insurer opens a new office, they need to fill and submit an application form to IRDA along with the supporting documents.

आवेदन के लिए आईआरडीए का अनुमोदन आवश्यक होगा, यदिः The application will require an IRDA approval if:

1. नया कार्यालय स्तर 1नगरों में खोला जाता है। New office is opened in Tier 1 cities.

2. बीमाकर्ता के पास पूर्ववर्ती वित्तीय वर्ष में ) 1.50अथवा आईआरडीए द्वारा यथािनधार्रित अनुपात ( से कम `शोधन-क्षमता अनुपात’ है। The insurer has 'Solvency Ratio' less than 1.50 (or such ratio as prescribed by IRDA) in the preceding Financial Year.

3. बीमाकर्ता के `प्रबंधन व्यय’ पूर्ववर्ती वित्तीय वर्ष में बीमा नियम 1939 ,के नियम 170और नियम 17ई में निर्धारित लागू मानदंडों के अंदर नहीं हैं )गैर-जीवन बीमाकर्ताओं के लिए 25%) The 'Expenses of Management' of the insurer is not with in the applicable norms prescribed in Rule 17D & Rule 17E of Insurance Rules, 1939 in the preceding Financial Year (25% for Non-life insurers)

अनुमोदन के लिए, बीमाकर्ता को फार्म पीबी 1 (कार्यालय फाइलिंग होम पेज पर नया कार्यालय लिंक) के द्वारा प्रस्ताव प्रस्तुत करने होंगे।

For approval, insurer will have to submit proposals through form PB 1 (new office link on office filing home page).

I. प्रयोक्ता मैनुअल का अद्यतन वर्शन कार्यालय आवेदन फाइल करने में बीमाकर्ता समूह हेतु सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए सभी संबंधितों के द्वारा अवलोकनार्थ इस परिपत्र के साथ प्रस्तुत है। The updated version of user manual which would facilitate in insurer group in filing of office application is placed along with this circular for perusal of all concerned. The version would be updated from time to time and shall be made available to users.

II. हेल्पलाईन प्रणाली उक्त बीएपी माड्यूल में उपलब्ध कराई गई है तथा प्रश्नों पर टीम द्वारा कार्रवाई प्राथमिकता के आधार पर की जाएगी। कृपया ध्यान दें कि प्रश्न माड्यूल में हेल्पलाईन के द्वारा भेजे जाने चाहिए। बीमाकर्ता निम्ानुसार प्रश्न उच्चतर स्तर पर भी ले जा सकते हैं: The helpline system is made available in the BAP module and the queries will be attended by the team on priority basis.
