फा. सं. आईआरडीएआई/ डीओपी/ 13/227/2026.—बीमा विनियामक और विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम, 1999 (1999 का 41) की धारा 23 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, प्राधिकरण ने बीमा अधिनियम, 1938 / विनियमों/ दिशानिर्देशों के अधीन अर्थदंड लगाने/ निदेशों के निर्गम के लिए अपनी शक्तियों का प्रत्यायोजन किया है।
प्राधिकरण द्वारा यथाअनुमोदित शक्तियों का प्रत्यायोजन निम्नानुसार हैः-

टिप्पणी: बीमा अधिनियम, 1938 की धारा 34 के अधीन किसी भी अन्य विषय पर निदेश के निर्गम के लिए प्रत्यायोजन प्राधिकरण की 135वीं बैठक में लिये गये निर्णय के अनुसार अध्यक्ष के पास बना रहेगा।

F. No IRDAI/DoP/13/227/2026.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of section 23 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999), the Authority has delegated its powers for imposition of penalties/ issuance of directions under the Insurance Act, 1938/ the Regulations/ Guidelines.
The delegation of powers as approved by the Authority are as under:
