Re: Reconstitution of Reinsurance Advisory Committee
बीमा अधिनियम, 1938 की धारा 101 बी के अधीन प्रावधानों के अनुसार, प्राधिकरण एतद्द्वारा निम्न वर्णित अध्यक्ष और सदस्यों के साथ पुनर्बीमा सलाहकार समिति (आरएसी) का पुनर्गठन करता है:
As per provisions under Section 101 B of the Insurance Act, 1938, the Authority hereby reconstitutes the Reinsurance Advisory Committee (RAC) with the Chairman and Members as mentioned below:

उप महाप्रबंधक(पुनर्बीमा) पुनर्बीमा सलाहकार समिति के सचिव के रूप में कार्य करेंगे।
DGM (Reinsurance) will function as Secretary to the Reinsurance Advisory Committee.
समिति का गठन तत्काल प्रभाव से किया जाता है और समिति का कार्यकाल तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए होगा।
The Committee is constituted with immediate effect and the tenure of the Committee shall be for a period of three years.
इसे सक्षम प्राधिकारी का अनुमोदन प्राप्त है।
This has approval of the Competent Authority.
