Non-life insurers submit new and revised product applications through the Business Analytics Project online module starting on June 1, 2015. Insurers access the designated website using administrator user identifiers and passwords provided in separate emails. The module accepts Class 2 and Class 3 digital signatures from authorized vendors. All applications require prior approval from the Authority. Insurers also file mandatory documents including Form A, Form B, Form C, Form D, prospectus, proposal form, policy wordings, underwriter manual, technical note, claim form, and claim manual. The manual submission of File and Use applications continues until further notice. The legacy product data functionality becomes available by June 15, 2015.

प्राधिकरण एक चरणबद्ध तरीके से बीमाकर्ता के द्वारा आनलाइन फाइलिंग और उत्पादों के प्रस्तुतीकरण की प्रक्रिया प्रारंभ कर रहा है। गैर-जीवन विभाग (स्वास्थ्य को छोड़कर) से संबंधित नये उत्पाद/ऐड-आन आवेदन अथवा संशोधित उत्पाद/ऐड-आन आवेदन की फाइलिंग अथवा प्रस्तुतीकरण को समर्थ बनानेवाला माड्यूल निर्मचन के लिए तैयार है।
Authority is initiating the process of online filing and submission of products by the insurer in a phased manner. The module enabling the filing or submission of new product /add-on application or revised product/add-on application relating to Non-Life Department (except health) is ready for release.
बीमाकर्ताओं से अपेक्षित है कि वे नये उत्पाद/ऐड-आन आवेदन और संशोधित उत्पाद/ऐड-आन आवेदन के प्रस्तुतीकरण के लिए वेबसाइट http://www.irdabap.org.in मेंप्रवेश करें। प्रशासक प्रयोक्ता-आईडी और पासवर्ड अलग-अलग ई-मेलों में प्रधान अधिकारियों / अनुपालन अधिकारियों को उपलब्ध कराये गये थे। अन्य प्रयोक्ताओं के प्रोफाइल (उप-आईडी) प्रशासक के द्वारा निर्मित करने होंगे।
Insurers are required to access the website http://www.irdabap.org.in for submission of new product / add-on application and revised product/add-on application. The Administrator User-Id and Password was made available to the Principal Officers / Compliance officers in separate emails. The profiles of the other Users (sub-id) have to be created by the Administrator.
बीमाकर्ताओं को सूचित किया जाता है कि वे गैर-जीवन नये उत्पाद 01 जून, 2015 से लेकर आगे उत्पाद फाइलिंग (गैर-जीवन) माड्यूल में प्रस्तुत करें।
Insurers are advised to submit the Non-Life new products from 01 June, 2015 onwards in the Product Filing (Non-Life) Module.
प्राधिकरण आनलाइन परिवेश में आवेदन फाइल करने में बीमाकर्ताओं को समर्थ बनाने के लिए 20 मई 2015 को मुंबई में एक निरूपण सत्र (डेमो सेशन) का आयोजन करेगा। इसका विवरण सभी बीमाकर्ताओं को अलग से सूचित किया जाएगा।
The Authority shall organize a demo session by 20th May, 2015 in Mumbai to enable insurers to file the applications in an online environment. Details of the same shall be communicated to all the insurers separately.

बीमाकर्ताओं से यह ध्यान रखने की अपेक्षा है किः Insurers are required to note that:
I. सभी मामलों में आवेदन के लिए आईआरडीए के अनुमोदन की आवश्यकता होगी। The application will require an IRDA approval in all cases.
