The National Stock Exchange of India has introduced a bulk upload facility for submitting message rate change requests for colocation IP addresses. This facility allows members to process multiple requests simultaneously via the ENIT system, supplementing the existing individual submission process. Members must use the designated template available on the ENIT portal and ensure all data fields are accurate and free of duplicates. Files are limited to 100 IP records per upload, and the system will only process files that are entirely error-free. If a file is rejected, an error file will be generated for rectification. Existing processing fees, cutoff times, and operational terms remain unchanged.

All Members,
Sub: Colocation Update - Bulk upload facility for IP Message Rate Change requests.
This is in continuation to Exchange consolidated circular NSE/MSD/73958 dated April 29, 2026, for matters related Colocation.
As part of our ongoing commitment to enhance member experience and operational efficiency, the Exchange regularly reviews and upgrades its services. Currently, members desirous of modifying the message category of their colocation IPs are required to submit requests individually for each IP address via the ENIT system. This process, while accurate, can be time-intensive—particularly for members managing multiple IPs.
In continuation of our efforts to streamline operations, we are pleased to introduce a Bulk Upload Facility for submitting Message Rate Change requests (upgrade/ downgrade) for Colocation IPs, in addition to the existing individual submission option.
Members are requested to note the following key points in this regard:
