Sub: Connectivity – Digital submission of Category I with larger pool of child IPs.

This circular is issued in continuation to Exchange circular NSE/MSD/73957 dated April 29, 2026. The Exchange continuously reviews and enhances its connectivity framework to empower members. In this regard, based on receipt of feedback from the market participants, Exchange is pleased to announce introduction of new category of Lease Line i.e. Category "I" with larger pool of child IPs for the members who wish to access only Commodity Derivative Segment through a dedicated leased line connectivity.

Members are requested to take note of following points in this regard:

• Only access to Commodity Derivatives Segment shall be available on this category.
• “I” category connectivity shall be available to the members across all POP’s.
• The new category shall be available in both Managed Service and Self-Service models.
• Initially, 1 IP (Parent) shall be provided against each application.
• Member subsequently shall have an option to avail additional 119 child IPs on the scenario.
• Child IP’s shall be allotted with no additional cost to member.
• Annual Recovery Charges of Rs 2000 + taxes as applicable shall be applicable at scenario level for each parent IP.
• Member shall be allotted 120 messages per second per IP subscribed on I category link in Commodity Derivatives Segment.
• Members may note that lines procured under Category I shall not be available for conversion to the other Category or vice versa.

The said offering help members to reap the following benefits:

• Consolidation of existing connectivity and network architecture.
• Reduction in last mile and other connectivity related charges.
• Saving on time and efforts in managing and troubleshooting connectivity related matters.

Member desirous of applying for category “I” or availing additional child IPs as per the above-mentioned facility shall be able to place the request as per the existing process via ENIT Path:

1. For Category “I” Application - ENIT > Membership > TCP IP scenario > Activation
2. For Child IP application - ENIT > Membership > TCP IP scenario > Activation (Type – Child)

All other details as communicated vide circular ref no. NSE/MSD/73957 dated April 29, 2026, shall remain unchanged.

The given functionalities shall be available on ENIT w.e.f. August 03, 2026, BOD.

Based on feedback and demand from market participants the Exchange shall continue to review and augment the Lease Line Connectivity offering.
