With nearly 16.50 crore registered users and 5.62 billion issued documents under various categories, DigiLocker is a key initiative under the Government of India's flagship program, Digital India. The number of NPS Subscribers who have availed various services through DigiLocker is approx. 5 Lacs. 2. Central Record Keeping Agencies (CRAs) of PFRDA have become DigiLocker Partner Organizations to provide Subscriber Centric online Services indicated vide Circular PFRDA/2022/16/SUP CRA/4 dated 27th July 2022 and PFRDA/2022/30/SUP- CRA/11 dated 19th Oct 2022. 3. PFRDA is pleased to inform that the NPS subscribers will be able to download their NPS Account Transaction Statement to DigiLocker for easy access and view their pension wealth. Statement can be downloaded for Tier I and Tier II both. 4. The following services have been made available by the respective CRAs through DigiLocker Account - i. Protean e-Governance Technologies CRA (PCRA) – Subscribers of the CRA can view their e-PRAN card & Account Statement. Subscribers can also update the existing address using Driving License through DigiLocker. The prospective subscribers can also open NPS account through Aadhaar – DigiLocker integration as well as through Driving License. ii. KFin Technologies CRA (KCRA) - Subscribers of the CRA can view their e- PRAN card & Account Statement. Subscribers can also update the existing address using Aadhaar through DigiLocker. The prospective subscribers can also open NPS account through Aadhaar – DigiLocker integration. Page 2 of 3 iii. Computer Age Management Services CRA (CCRA)- - Subscribers of the CRA can view their e-PRAN card. Subscribers can also update the existing address using Aadhaar through DigiLocker. Prospective subscribers of CCRA can open NPS account through Aadhaar - DigiLocker integration. Refer the Annexure for details regarding the services offered through DigiLocker and process of accessing Statement of Account. 5. Subscribers can download the e-PRAN and Account Statement by searching for PFRDA in DigiLocker and providing the details of PRAN, DoB and Consent which is a one-time activity. PFRDA believes that accessing NPS Account Transaction Statement through DigiLocker will provide one with greater ease and convenience. NPS subscribers can easily sign up for DigiLocker by using their mobile or Aadhaar number. 2. The mobile/Aadhaar number will be authenticated by receiving a one-time password (OTP) for 2-Factor authentication. Subscribers will then set their security PIN. 3. Once authenticated, the subscriber's DigiLocker account is created. 4. The issued documents in DigiLocker are e-documents issued by various government agencies, including the Central Record Keeping Agency (CRA) appointed by PFRDA. 5. These e-documents are obtained directly from the original data source, which is the CRA system. 6. The issued documents section of DigiLocker contains the links to access these documents. 7. In DigiLocker, search for "PFRDA" and select the respective CRA. 8. Enter the 12-digit Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN). 9. Provide consent to DigiLocker to share subscriber details with the issuers, in this case, the CRA, for the purpose of fetching the Statement of Account. NPS Service offered through Digilocker Name of CRA Digital Services Open Account View e-PRAN Card Update Address View statement of Account Computer Age Management Services Limited ✓ ✓ ✓ To be provided shortly KFin Technologies Limited ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓ Protean e- Governance Technologies Limited ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓ Page 1 of 3 __________________________________________________________________________________ बी – १४/ए, छत्रपति तिवाजी भवन, कुिुब संस्थागि क्षेत्र, कटवारिया सिाय ,नई तिल्ली – ११० ०१६ िूिभाष: 011 - 26517501, 26133730, 26133730 फैक्स: 011 – 26517507, वेबसाइट :www.pfrda.org.in B-14/A, Chhatrapati Shivaji Bhawan, Qutab Institutional Area, Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi – 110 016 Phone: 011 - 26517501, 26133730 ,26133730 Fax: 011 – 26517507 website: www.pfrda.org.in परिपत्र परिपत्र सं : पीएफआिडीए/2023/19/एसयूपी-सीआिए/05 14 जून 2023 प्रति, सभी तििधारक तवषय : तडतजलॉकि के माध्यम से के एनपीएस लेनिेन स्टेटमेंट प्राप्त किने में सिलिा औि सुतवधा की अनुभूति के संिभभ में तितिलॉकर एक तितिटल प्लेटफॉर्म िै िो सुरतिि तििी क्लाउि आधाररि तितिटल स्पेस प्रदाि करिा िै, तिसे शेयर तकया िा सकिा िैI इसर्ें कोई व्यक्ति अपिे सभी व्यक्तिगि दस्तावेिोों और प्रर्ाणपत्ोों को एक िी स्थाि पर एक्सेस कर सकिा िै। तििीलॉकर, भारि सरकार के प्रर्ुख कायमक्रर् तितिटल इोंतिया के ििि एक र्ित्वपूणम पिल िै। इसर्ें तवतभन्न श्रेतणयोों के ििि लगभग 16.50 करोड़ पोंिीकृि उपयोगकिाम शातर्ल िैं और 5.62 तितलयि दस्तावेि िारी तकए गए िैंI तििीलॉकर के र्ाध्यर् से तवतभन्न सेवाओों का लाभ उठािे वाले एिपीएस अतभदािाओों की सोंख्या लगभग 5 लाख िै। 2. पररपत् पीएफआरिीए/2022/16/एसयूपी सीआरए/4 तदिाोंक 27 िुलाई 2022 और पीएफआरिीए/2022/30/एसयूपी-सीआरए/11 तदिाोंक 19 अक्टूिर 2022 के अिुसार, पीएफआरिीए के केंद्रीय अतभलेखपालि अतभकरण (CRAs), अतभदािा केंतद्रि ऑिलाइि सेवाएों प्रदाि करिे के तलए तििीलॉकर सियोगी सोंगठि िि गए िैं I 3. पीएफआरिीए द्वारा यि सूतिि तकया िािा िै तक एिपीएस अतभदािा अपिी पेंशि पूोंिी को देखिे और उस िक आसािी से पहुँििे के तलए तितिलॉकर र्ें अपिे एिपीएस खािे के लेि-देि तववरण को िाउिलोि कर सकेंगे। टीयर I और टीयर II दोिोों के तलए स्टेटर्ेंट िाउिलोि तकया िा सकिा िै। 4. सोंिोंतधि सीआरए द्वारा तितिलॉकर खािे के र्ाध्यर् से तिम्नतलक्तखि सेवाएों उपलब्ध कराई गई िैं – i. प्रोतटयि ई-गविेंस टेक्नोलॉिीि सीआरए (PCRA) – इस सीआरए के अतभदािा अपिा e-PRAN कािम और खािा तववरण देख सकिे िैं। तििीलॉकर के र्ाध्यर् से िराइतवोंग लाइसेंस का उपयोग करके अतभदािा र्ौिूदा पिे को भी अपिेट कर सकिे िैं। सोंभातवि अतभदािा आधार - तििीलॉकर एकीकरण के साथ-साथ िराइतवोंग लाइसेंस के र्ाध्यर् से भी एिपीएस खािा खोल सकिे िैं। ii. केतफि टेक्नोलॉिीि सीआरए (KCRA) – इस सीआरए के अतभदािा अपिा e-PRAN कािम और अकाउोंट स्टेटर्ेंट देख सकिे िैं। अतभदािा तििीलॉकर के र्ाध्यर् से आधार का उपयोग करके र्ौिूदा Page 2 of 3 पिे को भी अपिेट कर सकिे िैं। सोंभातवि अतभदािा आधार - तििीलॉकर एकीकरण के र्ाध्यर् से भी एिपीएस खािा खोल सकिे िैं। iii. कोंप्यूटर एि र्ैिेिर्ेंट सतवमसेि सीआरए (CCRA) – इस सीआरए के अतभदािा अपिा e-PRAN कािम देख सकिे िैं। अतभदािा तििीलॉकर के र्ाध्यर् से आधार का उपयोग करके र्ौिूदा पिे को भी अपिेट कर सकिे िैं। सीसीआरए के सोंभातवि अतभदािा आधार -तितिलॉकर एकीकरण के र्ाध्यर् से एिपीएस खािा खोल सकिे िैं। तितिलॉकर के र्ाध्यर् से प्रदाि की िािे वाली सेवाओों और खािा तववरण िक पहुँििे की प्रतक्रया के तववरण के तलए अिुलग्नक देखें। 5. अतभदािा तििीलॉकर र्ें पीएफआरिीए सिम करके और PRAN, िन्म तितथ और सिर्ति का तववरण प्रदाि कर, ई-PRAN और खािा तववरण िाउिलोि कर सकिे िैI यि वि टाइर् प्रतक्रया िै। पीएफआरिीए का तवश्वास िै तक तितिलॉकर के र्ाध्यर् से एिपीएस खािे के लेिदेि तववरण को अतधक सरलिा और सुतवधा से प्राप्त तकया िा सकिा िै I र्ुख्य र्िाप्रिोंधक Digitally signed by K MOHAN GANDHI Page 3 of 3 अनुलग्नक प्रक्रिया प्रवाह: डिजिलॉकर के माध्यम से खाते के एनपीएस वववरण तक पह ुंचना 1. एिपीएस अतभदािा अपिे र्ोिाइल या आधार िोंिर का उपयोग करके आसािी से तितिलॉकर के तलए साइि अप कर सकिे िैं। 2. 2-फैक्टर ऑथेंतटकेशि के तलए वि-टाइर् पासविम (OTP) प्राप्त करके र्ोिाइल/आधार िोंिर को प्रर्ातणि तकया िाएगा। इसके िाद अतभदािा अपिा सुरिा तपि सेट करेंगे। 3. प्रर्ातणि िोिे के िाद, अतभदािा का तितिलॉकर खािा ििाया िािा िै। 4. तितिलॉकर र्ें िारी तकए गए दस्तावेि पीएफआरिीए द्वारा तियुि केंद्रीय अतभलेखपालि अतभकरण (सीआरए) सतिि तवतभन्न सरकारी एिेंतसयोों द्वारा िारी तकए गए ई-दस्तावेि िैं। 5. ये ई-दस्तावेज़ सीधे र्ूल िेटा स्रोि से प्राप्त तकए िािे िैं, िो सीआरए प्रणाली िै। 6. तििीलॉकर के िारी तकए गए दस्तावेज़ अिुभाग र्ें इि दस्तावेज़ोों िक पहुँििे के तलए यूआरआई (तलोंक) शातर्ल िैं। 7. तििीलॉकर र्ें, "पीएफआरिीए" खोिें और सोंिोंतधि सीआरए िुिें। 8. 12-अोंकीय स्थायी सेवातिवृति खािा सोंख्या (PRAN) दिम करें। 9. खािा तववरण प्राप्त करिे के उद्देश्य से तििीलॉकर को िारीकिाम, इस र्ार्ले र्ें, सीआरए के साथ अतभदािा तववरण साझा करिे के तलए सिर्ति प्रदाि करें। सीआरए द्वारा प्रदाि की गई तितिलॉकर सेवाओों की िैयार सोंदभम िातलका तििीलॉकर के र्ाध्यर् से उपलब्ध एिपीएस सेवाएों सीआरए का िार् तितिटल सेवाएों खुला खािा e-PRAN कािम देखें अद्यिि पिा खािे का तववरण देखें कोंप्यूटर एि र्ैिेिर्ेंट सतवमसेि तलतर्टेि ✓ ✓ ✓ शीघ्र प्रदाि तकया िाएगा केतफि टेक्नोलॉिीि तलतर्टेि ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓ प्रोतटयि ई-गविेंस टेक्नोलॉिीि तलतर्टेि ✓ ✓ ✓ ✓
