PUBLIC NOTICE DATED 13.02.2026

(Against fraudulent website and mobile application viz. xpo-ru)

Whereas it has been reported by police authorities that one fraudulent website and mobile application "xpo-ru" is illegally carrying out fraudulent activities by collecting funds from the general public inter alia offering schemes like high returns and bonus, refer and earn, etc., primarily operating in Bharatpur, Rajasthan.

The Authority would like to inform that the said entity is not registered in respect of activities falling within the jurisdiction of PFRDA Act, 2013.

General public desirous of participating in the National Pension System (NPS) and other pension schemes regulated by this Authority are hereby advised to exercise caution and not to deal with or give any contribution or documents to aforementioned website and mobile application, or any of its officers, employees in any manner and to deal only with such entities, as are registered with PFRDA as intermediaries, details of which can be accessed from the website of PFRDA i.e. www.pfrda.org.in. Details regarding NPS are also available on the website www.npstrust.org.in.

PFRDA shall not be liable for any loss suffered by any person on account of any dealings with unauthorized entities/ individuals which shall be at their sole risk.

This notice is issued in the interest of general public.

(धोखाधड़ी और ठगी से जुड़ी वेबसाइट और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन नामतः xpo-ru के विरुद्ध)

जैसाकि पुलिस अधिकारी द्वारा यह सूचित किया गया है कि मुख्य रूप से भरतपुर, राजस्थान में संचालित xpo-ru नामक वेबसाइट और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन उच्च प्रतिलाभ और बोनस, रेफर एंड अर्न आदि योजनाओं को उपलब्ध कराने की पेशकश करते हुए आम जनता से अवैध रूप से धन एकत्र करके धोखाधड़ी और ठगी से जुड़ी गतिविधियों को अंजाम दे रहा है।

प्राधिकरण द्वारा यह सूचित किया जाता है कि उक्त संस्था पीएफआरडीए अधिनियम, 2013 के अधिकार-क्षेत्र में आने वाली गतिविधियों के लिए पंजीकृत नहीं है।

राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली (एनपीएस) और इस प्राधिकरण द्वारा विनियमित अन्य पेंशन योजनाओं में शामिल होने के लिए इच्छुक आम जनता को यह सलाह दी जाती है कि वे अत्यंत सावधानी बरतें और उपर्युक्त वेबसाइट और मोबाइल एप्लिकेशन, या इसके किसी भी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी के साथ किसी भी तरह से व्यवहार न करें या उन्हें कोई अंशदान या दस्तावेज न दें और केवल पीएफआरडीए के साथ मध्यवर्ती के रूप में पंजीकृत संस्थाओं से ही व्यवहार करें, जिनका विवरण पीएफआरडीए की वेबसाइट www.pfrda.org.in से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है। एनपीएस से संबंधित विवरण www.npstrust.org.in पर भी उपलब्ध है।

पीएफआरडीए अनधिकृत संस्थाओं / व्यक्तियों के साथ किसी भी लेन-देन के कारण किसी भी व्यक्ति को होने वाले किसी भी प्रकार के नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा और यह नुकसान केवल उनके जोखिम पर होगा।
