(सलाए होल्डिंग्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (SALAI Holdings Pvt. Ltd.) और स्मार्ट सोसायटी (SMART Society) के साथ कामकाज के संबंध में चेतावनी)

जैसाकि पुलिस अधिकारियों द्वारा सूचित किया गया है कि श्री नरेनबाम समरजीत सिंह और उनके सहयोगियों द्वारा स्थापित सलाए होल्डिंग्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड (SALAI Holdings Pvt. Ltd.) और स्मार्ट सोसायटी (SMART Society) ने जमाकर्ताओं को स्मार्ट सोसायटी द्वारा जारी सदस्यता लाभांश दावा पुस्तक (membership dividend claim book) और रसीद मेमो प्राप्त करने के बाद जमा राशि पर मासिक ब्याज देने हेतु सहमति व्यक्त की है।

प्राधिकरण आम जनता के संज्ञान में यह लाना चाहता है कि उक्त संस्थाएं और उनकी सहायक कंपनियां/एजेंसियां पीएफआरडीए अधिनियम, 2013 के क्षेत्राधिकार के अंतर्गत आने वाली गतिविधियों के संबंध में पंजीकृत नहीं हैं।

राष्ट्रीय पेंशन प्रणाली (एनपीएस) और इस प्राधिकरण द्वारा विनियमित अन्य पेंशन योजनाओं में भाग लेने की इच्छुक आम जनता को सावधानी बरतने और उपर्युक्त कंपनियों, उनकी होल्डिंग्स, सहायक कंपनियों या एजेंसियों, या उनके किसी भी अधिकारी या कर्मचारी के साथ किसी भी प्रकार का कोई लेन-देन न करने और साथ ही किसी प्रकार का कोई अंशदान या दस्तावेज न देने तथा पीएफआरडीए के साथ मध्यस्थों (intermediaries) के रूप में पंजीकृत संस्थाओं, जिनका विवरण पीएफआरडीए की वेबसाइट www.pfrda.org.in से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है, के साथ ही व्यवहार करने की सलाह दी जाती है। एनपीएस संबंधित जानकारी वेबसाइट www.npstrust.org.in पर भी उपलब्ध हैं।

पीएफआरडीए अनधिकृत संस्थाओं/व्यक्तियों के साथ किसी भी प्रकार के लेन-देन के कारण किसी व्यक्ति को होने वाले किसी भी वित्तीय या अन्य प्रकार के नुकसान के लिए उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। ऐसे सभी लेन-देन व्यक्ति द्वारा पूरी तरह से अपने स्वयं के जोखिम पर किये जाएं।

यदि इन संस्थाओं द्वारा आपसे पेंशन निवेश हेतु संपर्क किया गया है, तो इस घटना की जानकारी पीएफआरडीए अथवा कानून प्रवर्तन एजेंसियों को दें।

(Caution against dealing with SALAI Holdings Pvt. Ltd. and SMART Society)

Whereas it has been reported by police authorities that SALAI Holdings Private Limited and SMART Society, formed by Mr. Narengbam Samarjit Singh and his associates, have agreed to pay monthly interest against deposited amounts post receipt of membership dividend claim book and receipt memos issued to depositors by SMART Society.

The Authority would like to bring to the notice of the general public that the said entities, its subsidiaries/ agencies are not registered in respect of activities falling within the jurisdiction of the PFRDA Act, 2013.

The general public desirous of participating in the National Pension System (NPS) and other pension schemes regulated by this Authority are hereby advised to exercise caution and not to deal with or give any contribution or documents to aforementioned companies and its holdings, subsidiaries or agencies, or any of its officers, employees in any manner and to deal only with such entities, as are registered with PFRDA as intermediaries, details of which can be accessed from the website of PFRDA i.e. www.pfrda.org.in. Details regarding NPS are also available on the website www.npstrust.org.in.

PFRDA shall not be liable for any financial or any other loss suffered by any person on account of any dealings with unauthorized entities/ individuals. All such dealings are conducted at the individual's sole risk.

If you have been approached by these entities for pension investments, consider reporting the incident to the PFRDA or the local law enforcement agencies.

This notice is issued in the interest of general public.
