Trail commission to POPs on voluntary contributions through D-Remit by Subscribers associated to POPs under All Citizen Model

CIRCULAR Circular no.: PFRDA/2022/22/SUP- CRA/7 22nd Aug, 2022 To, All the NPS stakeholders Subject: Trail commission to POPs on voluntary contributions through D-Remit by Subscribers associated to POPs under All Citizen Model PFRDA had introduced the D-Remit (Direct Remittance) facility for the subscribers wherein they could deposit their voluntary contributions with greater ease by creating a static Virtual ID linked to their PRAN and remit the amount from their Bank Account. 2. D-Remit envisaged as a 'subscriber centric measure' to enable one to deposit contributions into PRANs from their savings bank account through Net banking/IMPS/UPI. The feature intends to optimize investment return by offering same day NAV, if Trustee Bank receives the contributions before 9.30 AM. It has become very popular because of its ease of use, operational convenience, the unique facility of setting up SI/auto debit, changing the auto debit amount, pause auto debit etc. 3. In order to support the Points of Presence (POPs) for their significant efforts and resources deployed by them for sourcing NPS Accounts and make them sustain their NPS outreach efforts, it has been decided that the trail commission shall be payable to POPs w.e.f. 01.09.2022. The trail commission on contributions made through D-Remit will be similar to eNPS (other mode of Online contribution) by those subscribers who were on-boarded by the respective PoPs. The charge structure for POPs were provided by PFRDA vide its circular dt. 31.01.2022. 4. The trail commission to PoPs for D-Remit Contributions of the associated Subscribers shall be @ 0.20% of the contribution amount (Minimum ₹ 15 and Maximum ₹ 10,000) similar to eNPS. The applicable charges would be recovered by unit deduction on periodical basis. 5. All CRAs, NPST and POPs are advised to inform the Subscribers & Stake holders about the proposed charges through all means of communication including SMS, email, Social Media and by placing the circular in their websites. Chief General Manager Digitally signed by K MOHAN GANDHI परिपत्र परिपत्र सं : PFRDA/2022/22/SUP- CRA/7 22 अगस्त, 2022 प्रतत, सभी एनपीएस तितधािक तिषय : सिव नागरिक मॉडल के तित पीओपी से जुडे अतभदाताओं द्वािा डी-िेतमट के माध्यम से स्िैतछिक अंशदान पि पीओपी को ट्रेल कमीशन पीएफआिडीए ने अतभदाताओं के तलए डी-िेतमट (डायिेक्ट िेतमटेंस) सुतिधा शुरू की थी, तजसमें िे अपने PRAN से जुडी एक स्थायी िर्ुवअल आईडी बनाकि अपने स्िैतछिक अंशदान को अतधक आसानी से जमा कि सकते िैं औि अपने बैंक खाते से िातश भेज सकते िैं। 2. नेट बैंककंग / आईएमपीएस / यूपीआई के माध्यम से अपने बर्त बैंक खाते से PRAN में अंशदान जमा किने में व्यति को सक्षम बनाने के तलए डी-िेतमट की परिकल्पना 'अतभदाता केंद्रित उपाय' के रूप में की गई थी। यद्रद ट्रस्टी बैंक द्वािा सुबि 9.30 बजे से पिले अंशदान प्राप्त द्रकया गया िो तो डी िेतमट उसी द्रदन एनएिी(NAV) की पेशकश किके तनिेश रिटनव को अनुकूतलत किना र्ािता िै। अपने उपयोग में आसानी, परिर्ालन में सुतिधा, एसआई / ऑटो डेतबट सेट किने की अनूठी सुतिधा, ऑटो डेतबट िातश को बदलने, ऑटो डेतबट को िोकने आद्रद सुतिधाओं के कािण डी िेतमट बहुत लोकतप्रय िो गया िै। 3. एनपीएस खातों की सोर्सिंग के तलए उपतस्थतत अतस्तत्िों (पीओपी) द्वािा द्रकए गए मित्िपूणव प्रयासों औि संसाधनों के तलए तथा उन्िें अपने एनपीएस आउटिीर् प्रयासों को बनाए िखने के तलए, उनके समथवन में यि तनणवय तलया गया िै द्रक पीओपी को ट्रेल कमीशन देय िोगा जो 01.09.2022 से प्रभािी िोगा। डी-िेतमट के माध्यम से द्रकए गए अंशदान पि ट्रेल कमीशन, संबंतधत पीओपी के जरिए ऑन-बोडव द्रकए गए अतभदाताओं द्वािा ईएनपीएस (ऑनलाइन अंशदान के अन्य तिीके) के समान िी िोगा। पीएफआिडीए द्वािा अपने परिपत्र द्रदनांक 31.01.2022 के माध्यम से पीओपी के तलए शुल्क संिर्ना प्रदान की गई थी। 4. संबद्ध अतभदाताओं के डी-िेतमट अंशदान के तलए पीओपी को ट्रेल कमीशन ईएनपीएस के समान िी अंशदान िातश का 0.20% (न्यूनतम ₹15 औि अतधकतम ₹10,000) िोगा। लागू शुल्क समय-समय पि इकाई कटौती के जरिए िसूल द्रकए जाएंगे। 5. सभी सीआिए, एनपीएसटी औि पीओपी को सलाि दी जाती िै द्रक िे एसएमएस, ईमेल, सोशल मीतडया सतित संर्ाि के सभी माध्यमों औि अपनी िेबसाइटों में परिपत्र डालकि अतभदाताओं औि तितधािकों को प्रस्तातित शुल्कों के बािे में सूतर्त किें। मुख्य मिाप्रबन्धक Digitally signed by K MOHAN GANDHI
