NOTICE Notice No. 20260518-27 Notice Date 18 May 2026 Category Trading Segment Equity Department Listing Business Relationship Subject Outcome of Reverse Book Building Process under regulation 17(3) of the Delisting Regulations of PIYUSH LIMITED Attachments Outcome This is in continuation with Exchange notice no 20260506-24 dated May 06, 2026, for the Delisting Offer of PIYUSH LIMITED (“PIL”/ “The Company”) is made by Piyush Goenka (“Acquirer”) member of Promoter Group of the company (“The Acquirer”) to the Public Shareholders of PIYUSH LIMITED (“Target Company”) for the acquisition of upto acquire 10,490 Fully paid up equity shares of face value of Rs.10.00/- each (“Offer Shares”) representing 2.13% of the total paid up equity share capital of the Company per equity share through the reverse book-building process (“RBBP”) in respect of Delisting of Equity Shares of the Company, in accordance with the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021, (The “Delisting Regulations”)from Tuesday, May 12,2026, to Monday, May 18, 2026. MAHESHWARI DATAMATICS PVT. LTD (“Registrar to Issue”) and INTELLIGENT MONEY MANAGERS PRIVATE LIMITED (“Manager to the Delisting Offer”) have analysed the bid data, the outcome of the Reverse Book Building Process is disclosed and announced in terms of Regulation 17(3) of the SEBI Delisting Regulations.
