Check the official recordTrading members must submit a Corrective Action Report for non-compliances identified in the Cyber Security and Cyber Resilience Audit for the period ending March 31, 2026. Members must submit the report through the BSE Electronic Filing System portal. Auditors must review the corrective action and update the compliance status as Compliant or Non-Compliant on the portal. Members registered with the National Stock Exchange must submit their audit reports to the National Stock Exchange only. Members not registered with the National Stock Exchange must submit their reports to the BSE. The deadline for submission is September 30, 2026.

To All Members,
This is with reference to 20260422-33 dated April 22, 2026, regarding submission of Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit of Trading Members.
Trading Members are required to take corrective action for each non-compliance reported by the auditor in the Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit the audit period ending March 31, 2026 and submit corrective action Report (CAR) for non-compliances. On review of details of corrective action report submitted by trading member, the auditor shall submit the status of compliance as Compliant or Non-Compliant through BEFS Portal as per below mentioned timelines.

The Corrective Action Report and related documents should be submitted only in electronic form through BEFS portal (BSE Electronic Filing System). The web-Link for submission of the CAR (Corrective Action Report) is given below:

Additionally, with reference to Exchange Notice No. 20250929-81 dated September 29, 2025, regarding technology-based sharing mechanisms for common submissions among exchanges, Members of the Exchange who are also registered with NSE shall submit their Cyber Security & Cyber Resilience Audit report to NSE only. Members of the Exchange who are not registered with NSE shall continue to make submissions to the Exchange as per existing process.
Trading members are requested to take note of Annexure 1 of Exchange notice no. 20260417-45 dated April 17, 2026, regarding “Ease of Doing Business - Rationalization and Standardization of penalties levied on Trading Members”.
All Trading Members are advised to take note of the above and comply.
