BSE extends the single filing system for XBRL disclosures to include additional events under Regulation 30 of the SEBI LODR Regulations 2015, effective June 20, 2026. Listed entities must submit filings in PDF format as primary compliance and subsequently submit the same data in XBRL mode within 24 hours. The Exchange discontinues the separate XBRL utility for specific order-related events under Para B of Part A of Schedule III, merging them into the single Para B events utility. Listed entities must avoid duplicate filings on both stock exchanges for the covered events. Entities must respond to clarification requests from the specific exchange that initiates the query.
