का.आ. 3846(अ).— केंद्रीय सरकार, प्रतिस्पर्धा (संशोधन) अधिनियम, 2023 (2023 का 9) की धारा 1 की उप-धारा (2) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, 10 सितम्बर, 2024 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिसको उक्त अधिनियम की निम्नलिखित धाराओं के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे, अर्थात्:—
(1) धारा 6 से 8 (दोनों शामिल);
(2) धारा 21 से 24 (दोनों शामिल);
(3) धारा 28;
(4) धारा 30;
(5) धारा 34; और
(6) धारा 38;

S.O. 3846(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Competition (Amendment) Act, 2023 (9 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 10th day of September, 2024 as the date on which the provisions of the following sections of the said Act shall come into force, namely:—
(1) sections 6 to 8 (both inclusive);
(2) sections 21 to 24 (both inclusive);
(3) section 28;
(4) section 30;
(5) section 34; and
(6) section 38.
